Dinner
Last month,I go to a Switzerland restaurant to have dinner with Amy,May,Victor,3 seniors and other classmates.We met at the classroom,then Sherry took us go to the Xinjiekou by bus and underground.When we arrived at thr restaurant,we feeled very rxcited and interested.The restaurant is very beautiful.There is a cow(sculpture ) in front of the restaurant.The ground is made of wood,the light is very romantic,and in the restaurant it smells very good.There are also a lot of beautiful pictures on the wall,and some farm implements were hanged on the wall.I love this Restaurant.
Wait a minute,the 3 seniors were arrived.We started our dinner.The food in this restaurant were very delicious,we had a great time that night.The seniors talked some things about learning,subjects,University.And they teach us how to eat western food. 1,To enter the restaurant, the men should first open the door, please enter the President. Last month,I went to the Nanjing University to visit the Wu Weishan Exhibition with my classmates and teachers.
Wu Weishan is a famous Chinese artist in the world.He is a Sculptor ,he is very good at sculpture.Wu Weishan is an artist who both have traditional and contemporary art style.He always use Chinese traditional art technique to make artworks( Chinese traditional art technique:When you make a artwork, you do not pay attention to the person’s appearance,but notice person’s expression and characteristic).Wu Weishan know a lot of artist in the world,he often meet them,and talk some things about art.Wu Wuishan try to learn the international art,he is learning,and improving himself,try to integrate with the international art. In the Wu Weishan Exhibition,we saw a lot of artworks.Such as,Sleeping Boy,Lu Xun,Qi Baishi and so on .In all the artworks,I like the BEATRIX(QUEEN of HOLLAND,HER MAJESTY,BEATRIX) best.
In 1996,BEATRIX invite Wu Weishan to make a sculpture about her.Wu Weishan feeled very happy and excited,but he also feeledthe responsibility.He know his opus represent Chinese art,so he tried his best to work.He found some data and pictures about BEATRIX.At last,Wu Weishan chose a picture------BEATRIX were visit China,she talk with a farmer, Her friendly smile moderate, This is the Mona Lisa-like smile humanistic charm, but also for the two countries to sow the seeds of friendship and laughter.
This artwork is called BEATRIX(QUEEN of HOLLAND,HER MAJESTY,BEATRIX).The artwork shows the sculpture.It is made by Wu Weishan in1996.The artwork shows the shape of a person’s face,Wu Weishan uses a lot of lines and curves to make it.The artwork is made in mud,so it is dark yellow.The artwork and BEATRIX are very alike,and the artwork expression BEATRIX’s spirit very plenitude.This artwork moved me,it made me feel the real art, art is sacred and great. When we see the artwork,we can feel the BEATRIX’s kind,wisdom and the king gaace.Wu Weishan’s intention is to make a majesty with female charm and charismatic leader.I love this artwork very much,it is the real art.Wu Weishan used the Chinese traditional art technique to work.Pay attenton to BEATRIX’s expression and characteristic--------- friendly smile moderate,peace,happiness,charm, kind,wisdom and the king gaace……It is perfect!
That day,we saw a lot of artworks,I feeled very happy.My classmates were also very happy.We talked some things about the artworks.Someone said he like the Sleeping Boy,because he thing the Sleeping Boy to show children, and reflects on the childhood of humanity a real emotional.Somebody said he like the LUXUN,because explain LUXUN’s characteristic------- stubborn andjustice.We had a great time that day.Now I understand the true art,I am really very happy!
