Because of Spring Festival,we had a long holiday.During the holiday,I did my homework,played computer games,watched TV and I did physical activity.
We need 10 hours physical activity time,so I should do physical activity..In the beginning,I thought physical activity is very boring,I did not like to do it,but after a few days,I understood do physical activity's meaning.We learn knowledge everyday,everyday we are very busy,and we often have no time to do physical activity,it bad for our bodies,after few years,we will become unhealthy.For our bodies,we should do physical activity.We have no enough time to do physical activity,so we should do more in the holiday. When I think of it,I want to do physical activity.I chose do physical activity in my home,because I had some sports apparatus in my home.I did physical activity everyday,everyday I did 1 hour physical activity used the sports apparatus.In the beginning,I felt a little difficulty when I do physical activity,after a few days,I felt more and more easily,and I felt I become a little stronger.I feel very happy now.
